Self Portrait (2025)

This portrait was a project for my figure drawing class. The point of the assignment was to practice the ideas of figure drawing. starting with a gesture and working on you "math" till everything is accurate to life. For this project we got to add a some color and an additional element if we wanted. I added my childhood toy in a UFO. You can not really tell from the picture but the UFO is a more of a 3D element. The drawing is layered and glued on to cardboard. The cardboard piece is glued to the paper.
